Social Media Coordinator

Overview:

We’re looking for a remote Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. This is a part-time, casual role ideal for someone who understands short-form content and can turn real jobsite footage into engaging posts. This flexible, remote position can range anywhere from 5-40 hours per week depending on work scope, with the possibility to transition to full time. Pay rate: $19-23 per hour depending on experience + vacation pay.

Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule social media posts (photos, reels, short videos, stories)

  • Repurpose jobsite photos and videos into engaging content

  • Write captions aligned with Nova Spray’s brand voice

  • Assist with basic engagement (comments, DMs, replies)

  • Coordinate with the team to collect content from the field

  • Maintain consistency across platforms using a simple content schedule

  • Pass customer inquiries to the correct team members

Qualifications
  • Experience managing social media accounts (business or personal brands)

  • Comfortable creating branded video and images for organic and paid social media channels

  • Comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, developing written content and captions for blogs and social posts

  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop

  • Able to produce high quality content with quick turnaround times

  • Can develop and manage a content calendar, presenting ideas and themes to drive brand awareness and engagement

  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Bonus: experience with service-based or construction-related businesses

Outbound Appointment Coordinator (B2B)

Overview:

We’re looking for a remote Outbound Appointment Coordinator (B2B) to support our sales team by booking qualified meetings with commercial and business prospects. This is a part-time, casual role ideal for someone with previous B2B sales or appointment-setting experience who is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. This flexible, remote position can range anywhere from 10–40 hours per week depending on workload and performance, with the possibility to transition to full time. Pay rate: $18–22 per hour depending on experience + vacation pay.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to business decision-makers (owners, managers, facilities, operations)

  • Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations

  • Qualify prospects based on basic criteria (industry, fit, interest)

  • Book virtual or in-person meetings for the sales team

  • Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM

  • Conduct light follow-up with interested prospects

Qualifications
  • Previous B2B sales, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting experience

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers

  • Professional, confident phone presence

  • Able to handle light objections and guide conversations

  • Able to handle consecutive rejections from non interested parties

  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed

  • Experience with CRM or sales tools is an asset

Field Appointment Coordinators (Hiring Multiple)

Overview:

We’re looking for Multiple Field Appointment Coordinators to represent Nova Spray in local neighborhoods by speaking with homeowners and booking free inspections for our exterior coating services. This is a part-time, casual role ideal for someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable working outdoors and talking with people face-to-face. This flexible position can range anywhere from 10–40 hours per week depending on availability and performance, with the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions per qualified appointment booked. Pay rate: base hourly + commission + vacation pay.

  • Make outbound calls to business decision-makers (owners, managers, facilities, operations)

Sales Manager (B2B & Strategic Partnerships)

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to generate new business, perform on-site inspections, and close deals for Nova Spray’s exterior coating services. This role is ideal for a proven closer who is comfortable meeting homeowners and business decision-makers in person, managing a pipeline, and being accountable to weekly and monthly performance targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for both creating their own opportunities and closing qualified leads provided by the company. This is a casual role with hours ranging from 10-40 per week depending on performance, with strong earning potential through a combination of base hourly pay, commission, and vacation pay.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals

  • Perform on-site inspections and consultations with homeowners and commercial clients

  • Present solutions, pricing, and recommendations clearly and professionally

  • Close deals and secure signed agreements and deposits

  • Manage and maintain a personal sales pipeline in the CRM

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (appointments, closes, revenue)

  • Build relationships with property managers, partners, and referral sources

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth job handoff and execution

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with strong closing ability

  • Comfortable performing in-person inspections and sales meetings

  • Experience in B2B, home services, construction, or related industries preferred

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable to performance targets

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

  • Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
